The site has some very good materials on current issues in evangelical circles, and links to lots of other good sites: http://www.fpcjackson.org/ The Orthodox Presbyterian Church- has some excellent position papers and other worthy reading: http://www.opc.org What Is the Reformed Faith?—a page at the OPC’s website that offers a helpful explanation of what the word “reformed” means: http://www.opc.org/WhatIsReformedFaith.html The Presbyterian Church in America Historical Center—Many good historical and theological resources: http://www.pcahistory.org/ Free Church of Scotland—some good resources: http://www.freechurch.org/resources/resources.htm MISSIONARY AND RELIEF MINISTRIES Voice of the Martyrs—one of the leading Christian organizations that is concerned with and doing something about the persecution of Christians around the world: http://www.persecution.com/ Make Way Partners- a ministry that is focused on relief to victims of human trafficking- slavery, which is a far more rampant evil in our time than most people realize. The universally leftist spin of the mainstream media makes the need of more trustworthy outlets a must, and few of us have time for a lot of such reading. http://www.onenewsnow.com/ The Patriot Post—a great source for conservative comment on current events: http://patriotpost.us/ SITES WITH MUSIC Oremus—has one of the most extensive collections of hymn lyrics and tunes we know of, and a number of resources for worship: http://www.oremus.org/hymnal/index.html The Cyber Hymnal—much like Oremus—when we can’t find a hymn or hymn tune at one site, we often find it at the other: http://www.cyberhymnal.org/ Christian Classics Ethereal Library—all sorts of older Christian reading, as well as a good collection of hymns, hymn scores, tunes, etc. http://www.ccel.org/ Hervormddinteloord—we don’t read Dutch, but this site has tunes from the original Geneva Psalter. For centuries and centuries the Psalms were used in Christian worship, and the melodies of the Geneva Psalter still are very hard to beat.
